Founded in 1988, Constantia Place Retirement Estate has been a cornerstone for CPOA as its inaugural Life Right development.

CPOA Constantia Place is an independent living Retirement Village consisting of individual cottages, as well as assisted living apartments serviced through Care Packages, and an on-site Care Centre for 24-hour care.

COTTAGES

This highly sought-after retirement estate features 61 freestanding cottages, available as either two-bedroom units or two-bedroom units with a study. Each cottage includes a single garage that connects directly to the kitchen. Designed to meet a range of resident needs, the cottages support both independent living and the home-based care philosophy embraced by Constantia Place. All cottages are wheelchair accessible, with one bathroom in each cottage specially adapted for more advanced care requirements.

Included in your monthly accommodation costs are water, electricity, meals (lunch and supper), tea service throughout the day, limited laundry and weekly domestic services.

CARE CENTRE

Our care philosophy focuses on keeping residents active and engaged to support their ongoing cognitive and physical wellbeing.

The Care Centre includes 29 bachelor rooms, each with its own bathroom. Central to daily activities and social interactions are the communal areas and dining room, which serve as the heart of the community.
