Our care philosophy focuses on keeping residents active and engaged to support their ongoing cognitive and physical wellbeing.

The Care Centre includes 29 bachelor rooms, each with its own bathroom. Central to daily activities and social interactions are the communal areas and dining room, which serve as the heart of the community.

BASIC CARE

All residents have access to the daily clinic that administers basic care:

Basic health assessments
Blood pressure monitoring
Blood sugar checking
Standard wound care and dressing
Medication management
Discount on full time room rates within CPOA

HOME BASED CARE

Home-based care is at the forefront of our care philosophy at Constantia Place. Various options are available to all residents. All care services are available and managed through our onsite Care Centre.

All residents are eligible to receive home-based care in their cottage or apartment. In consultation with the resident, family and doctor, a plan will be determined for the care requirements and billed accordingly.

The Care Centre has 29 bachelor rooms with their own bathroom. 24/7 care is available with the full engagement of the care staff. Central to daily activities and social interactions are the communal areas and dining room, which serve as the heart of the Care Centre community.

Daily activities, presented by our therapeutic assistant and care staff, are geared towards ongoing cognitive and physically enrichment for all the residents.
