Constantia Place’s facilities are dedicated to promoting residents’ well-being and encouraging social engagement.

CPOA Constantia Place is an independent living Retirement Village consisting of individual cottages, as well as assisted living apartments serviced through Care Packages, and an on-site Care Centre for 24-hour care.

COMMUNAL SPACES

DINING ROOM
Our dining room offers a 3-course meal for lunch and supper daily.

COFFEE SHOP
Our Coffee Shop serves breakfast, light meals, and delightful sweet treats. We also offer healthier options for those who are health conscious.

TV & SNOOKER LOUNGE
Our lounge has a big screen TV with DStv and a snooker table. Residents enjoy movie evenings and snooker afternoons.

LIBRARY
Our library is updated frequently to offer you the most out of all genres.

CONSERVATORY
The conservatory may be booked for private meetings, special occasions and any other type of get together.

HEALTH, WELLNESS & MINDFULNESS

Our wellness area is aimed to provide residents with a space to relax, unwind and look after their overall wellbeing.

GYM & POOL (under construction)
Our soon to be boutique gym and therapy pool is available to residents. The main area is also used for our weekly exercise class and can be booked for Yoga, Pilates or any other event.

TREATMENT ROOMS (under construction)
Our soon to be well-equipped treatment rooms offer cosmetology services which in includes manicures, pedicures, facials, massages and other treatment. Please see our Spa brochure for more details.
